Shipping Policy
Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 5–7 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 1–3 days.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PKT) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Partners
We ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, M&P, and PostEx. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partner may contact you to confirm your address before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. From time to time we may run free-shipping promotions on selected products or above a minimum order value.
Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct and complete before placing an order. valuedealspk.com is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details, unreachable phone numbers, or the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically re-attempt delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and may be treated as cancelled.
Delays
External factors such as geopolitical situations, road closures, strikes, customs inspections and other force majeure situations, can sometimes cause delays. All shipping times exclude these unforeseen delays.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, security situations, or other events outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue for you.
